She is a young girl with chin-length purple hair and green eyes (in the anime, her hair is black and her eyes are brown). She wears the standard business attire with a black skirt and jacket over her white shirt and blue tie.

After she confirms reports of monster sightings (such as those from citizens), she contacts heroes as soon as possible.[1] She takes previous events to judge the disaster level and choose which heroes to call accordingly.
