Summary[]

Saitama is disappointed because he missed a bargain sale the day before, as seen on a leaflet. However, he then sees a news report on TV about a group of mysterious monsters called the Seafolk appearing in J-City. Saitama then changes his plans, declaring he and Genos must run there at full speed.
