The epic battle against the mosquito
So this chapter starts off with some existential cactus watering. We see Saitama thinking about the fact that even though he's become a hero, there's no sign that evil is stopping at all. Saitama then goes on to explain that he doesn't actually care about that at all. The thing that is bothering him is that he doesn't feel anything anymore. He became so powerful that now he gets no excitement out of anything.. which kind of sucks. He compares his fights to swatting at insects.. conveniently as a mosquito lands on his hand. Saitama then dramatically slaps the mosquito to make a point.. to himself I guess... but when he lifts his hand up the mosquito flies away. He grabs at it then tries to clap it, but it dodges both of those attacks and lands on his face, which he slaps to try and kill it again, but it still gets away. Saitama freaks out and starts trying to kill it like crazy, but to no avail, and it flies away, leaving Saitama very frustrated. The mosquito then flies off and rendevous with some sort of sexy.. mosquito lady or something. Anywho, Saitama's in his apartment again whatching a "breaking news story" about a mass mosquito outbreak, with a guest mosquito expert who turns out to literally know nothing about the mosquito's in question.. helpful.. The news then says that the outbreak is headed for Z-City.
Such a cool entrance
In all the confusion from the evacuation, some ruffian decides to use it to his advantage and relieve some stores of their goods. So, he finishes robbing a place and leaves the store when boom, he gets swarmed by mosquitos, leaving him a dessicated corpse that falls to the ground and crumbles. The mosquito's then head back to the sexy mosquito lady and give her all the blood, who seems dissapointed by the amount and wants more (Needy much?). She then feels some of her mosquitos die nearby (that rhymed :D ) and looks down to see a figure shrouded in mosquitos. She sends more of the mosquitos to attack the figure and they surround him, only to be blown up. BLAM super cool entrance by the new guy! Not only does he make a cool entrance, he's a cool dude too, a cool cyborg dude to be precise, with cool laser shooting robot arms! But we don't get to see what happens with them yet, because Saitama interupts, trying to kill another mosquito and failing miserably, and end of chapter.
So, this chapter definitely had some good moments, existentionalism, cool new super hero character, and the fact that Saitama can't catch a mosquito to save his life, overal it gets:
