An unnamed Tsukuyomi agent who was undercover in the Blizzard Group and is an artificial Esper.

Appearance

He is a young man with an undercut curtains hairstyle that raises when he flies revealing a scar on the left side of his head. He wears large earrings and Blizzard Group attire.

History

He was recently accepted into the Blizzard Group. During his time there, he gathered intelligence and secretly slipped a poison capsule into Fubuki's daily beauty supplements.

Psychic Sisters Arc

After Apollo captures the psychic sisters and Psykos, the Tsukuyomi Spy reveals himself and prepares to leave with him. Once he reveals himself, Mountain Ape calls him "the new guy". When Tatsumaki defeats Apollo, he tries to escape through a hole but is forcefully slammed into the nearby wall.

Later, while Saitama and Tatsumaki argue and take their fight outside, he and Apollo tunnel underground to the parking lot where Apollo's car is parked. With Apollo badly wounded, he takes the wheel and drives off. He checks if Apollo is alright and sees a massive tornado in the rearview mirror, wondering if it was Tatsumaki.

Abilities and Powers

Not much is known about his capabilities other than that he was effortlessly overpowered by Tatsumaki.

Supernatural Abilities

Psychokinesis: Being a Tsukuyomi agent and artificial Esper, he has some amount of telekinetic capability.

• Flight: He can move himself telekinetically at some magnitude of speed.

Physical Abilities

Enhanced Durability: He survived being slammed into a concrete wall with enough force to cause it to crack, though he sustained heavy injuries and was left bleeding.

• Since the Tsukuyomi Spy managed to infiltrate the Blizzard Group, he might have registered as a hero in the Hero Association since the Blizzard Group is a hero faction.
