An unnamed Tsukuyomi agent who was undercover in the Fubuki Group and is an artificial Esper.

Appearance

He is a young man with an undercut curtains hairstyle that raises when he flies revealing a scar on the left side of his head. He wears large earrings and Fubuki Group attire.

History

At some point in the past (most likely quite recently), he was accepted into the Fubuki Group. While there he collected intelligence. He might be the reason why the Tsukuyomi knew about Tatsumaki's fight with Psykos, and Psykos's "third eye" ability. He also managed to slip a poison capsule into Fubuki's daily beauty supplements.

Plot

Psychic Sisters Arc

After Apollo captures the psychic sisters and Psykos, the Tsukuyomi Spy reveals himself and prepares to depart with him as to not be killed by the demon level monsters Apollo released. After revealing himself, Mountain Ape refers to him as "the new guy". When Tatsumaki defeats Apollo, he attempts to escape through a hole but is forcefully slammed into the wall next to it.

Later, when Saitama and Tatsumaki are arguing and go outside to fight, he and Apollo tunnel underground into the parking lot where Apollo's car is. Since Apollo is badly wounded, he takes the wheel and drives off. He asks if Apollo is alright, and notices a large tornado in the rear view mirror, wondering if it was Tatsumaki.

Supernatural Abilities

Psychokinesis: Being a Tsukuyomi agent and artificial Esper, he has some amount of telekinetic capability.

Flight: He can move himself telekinetically at some magnitude of speed.

Physical Abilities

Enhanced Durability: He was able to survive being slammed into a concrete wall at a speed that caused it to crack and crumble around him.

Trivia

• Since the Tsukuyomi Spy managed to infiltrate it, he might have registered as a hero in the Hero Association since the Fubuki Group is a hero faction.
