The Great Degenerate (どすけべ, Dosukebe) is the B-Class Rank 100 professional hero of the Hero Association.
Appearance[]
The Great Degenerate is a man with dark hair and two scars over each of his eyes. He wears a face mask over his mouth and nose, and a set of body armor around his torso.

The Great Degenerate is part of the Hero Name Victims Association, and goes with them to request Saitama to join them. He is later seen protesting with the rest of the group outside the Hero Association's executive meeting room, demanding to know why he was called the Great Degenerate in the first place.[1] His "Desired Name" is Magic Hand.
Powers & Abilities[]
Cybernetic Hands: The Great Degenerate's hands are mechanical, and he can fire them and control them remotely.
