It is an abandoned building in an unknown location. A forest seems to be nearby, where Sonic often goes to train.

Human Monster Saga[]
Monster Association Arc[]
Sonic is shown leaving this hideout to train in a forest. There, he encounters Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame, two senior graduates of the Ninja Village, who invite him to join the Monster Association by offering him a monster cell. After the meeting, Sonic returns to the hideout, reflecting on how, despite his training, he cannot surpass Saitama. He then decides to "eat" the monster cell he was given.
Neo Heroes Saga[]
Ninjas Arc[]
While resting in the hideout, Sonic is approached by the Heavenly Ninja Party, who orders him to lure Flashy Flash there.
Later, Empty Void stands on top of the building. At that moment, he encounters Saitama, who arrives to find Sonic. Void is quickly defeated when he tries to attack Saitama.
Saitama sits around waiting until he is joined by Overgrown Rover, Blast, Flash, Sonic, and the Heavenly Ninja Party, all transported to the hideout by Blast's portal. Shortly after, Byakko and Genbu emerge from the Rift in Spacetime. Before being defeated and sent back to their dimension by Blast and Void, the two beasts cause great destruction in their vicinity, leaving the hideout and nearby city blocks destroyed.

Neo Heroes Uprising Arc[]
In this hideout, Sonic is surrounded by A and his subordinates, who want to capture his body for the Neo Heroes. He easily fends off the attempt, eliminating all 29 of A's subordinates and forcing him to retreat.

- This area is abandoned much like the Z-City Ghost Town was like.
