Saitama Introduction ArcEdit

Smile Man arrives at A-City with Lightning Max to fight Vaccine Man, but is utterly defeated.[1]

Hero Association SagaEdit

Rumored Monster ArcEdit

Smile Man and many other heroes decided to head to Z-City to investigate the rumored monster of the city after Golden Ball and Spring Mustachio were defeated, but he came to the scene after it was already beaten by Saitama.[2]

Human Monster SagaEdit

Monster Raid ArcEdit

Smile Man is struggling against Fist Fight Djinn, until Bang came to lend a hand. Smile Man suggested for them to team up, but Bang went and attacked the monster by himself, killing it.[3]

Super Fight ArcEdit

Smile Man team up with Butterfly DX, Narcisstoic, Peach Terry, Chain'n'toad and Death Gatling in an attempts to defeat the Hundred-Eyes Octopus, when Flashy Flash unexpectedly shows up. Smile Man wanted for the heroes to coordinate, but Flashy Flash went straightforward for the monster.[4]

After Flashy Flash blinds the Hundred-Eyes Octopus with his attack, the monster began destroying the city. As Smile Man and the other heroes try to retreat, he was saved by Death Gatling from one of the monsters tentacles.[5] Tatsumaki arrives and pulls the the monster off of the ground and crushing it into a ball and drops it. Tatsumaki began belittling the the heroes and as Flashy Flash tries to defend himself, Smile Man began shouting in fear Tatsumaki would hear it.[6]

Smile Man is one of heroes seen fighting against monsters, when Suiryu is calling for help.[7]

Monster Association ArcEdit

He is seen as a part of an ambush against an injured Garou alongside fellow heroes Death Gatling, Stinger, Gun Gun, Shooter, Chain'n'toad, Glasses, and Wild Horn. He is seen attacking Garou with Chain'n'toad from mid-range and collaborating with the other heroes, and injuring Garou. [8]

Kick

Garou defeats Smile Man with a single kick.

However, when Chain'n'toad chains Garou's legs to immobilize him for Smile Man to throw his kendama ball to smash him, Garou quickly redirects the ball toward Chain'n'toad and crush him. After that, Garou then cuts the chain that immobilized him and launches the ball toward Gun Gun with high velocity and successfully knocks Gun Gun unconscious. After Garou defeats Shooter and Wild Horn as well as the fact that Wild Horn was forced to destroy Smile Man's kendama ball redirected at him by Garou, Smile Man states that capturing him alive is not a good idea anymore, which makes Death Gatling to agree that they must send him to hell.[9]

When Garou pulls off the tree roots to distract Death Gatling, Smile Man and Stinger, Garou rushes toward Smile Man and defeats him with a kick to the face. He is later saved from Elder Centipede's rampage by Bang.[10]
