Shelter Nr. 7 is a "fortress for protecting humanity". It is a public shelter located in Z-City, built by the Hero Association spending a vast sum of money, for the event of attack by Mysterious Beings.
Shelter Nr. 7 very much resembles a sporting venue, with at least seven different entrances meant to accommodate large crowds. Externally, it consists of a giant dome lined with circular vents.

The shelter was designed specifically to repel Mysterious Beings. The exterior can withstand super-hot temperatures, and absorb all manner of impacts. Tanks and Missiles are powerless against the shelter's impregnable walls. The main entrance has a biometric identification device that can even detect monsters disguised as humans.[1]
The interior of the shelter is largely open space. Overhead sprinklers were installed to disseminate a negative ion mist, and classical music is played to aid relaxation and relieve the evacuee's stress. Once the shelter's defense system is active, the exit is sealed and locked.[1]
However, Shelter Nr. 7 does not feature any restrooms, a rather glaring oversight given its enormous capacity. [1]
