Serial Bomber (シリアルボンバー, Shiriarubonbā) is a criminal and a former A-Class hero of the Hero Association.

Serial Bomber covers his face with a mask and red-tinted glasses, only revealing his large nose. He wears his hair in a topknot that peaks through the mask.
Personality[]
He seemed to have no remorse on planting many bombs on a moving train, which could cause destruction to Z-City.

The Sisters Who Have Too Many Things Happening[]
Serial Bomber planted many bombs, hidden in a bathroom stall, and tampered with the train's system. He is mentioned to have been caught by Heavy Kong. Genos tried stopping the train, while Fubuki was saving the passengers. The train failed to destroy the city, since Tatsumaki arrived and lifted the whole train in the air, immobilizing the explosion.

While his exact rank was unknown, the fact he was an A-Class hero implies he is very powerful, at least on par with a Tiger-Level monster.
