— Flashy Flash setting the rules for their match.

Saitama vs. Flashy Flash is the battle between Saitama and the S-Class hero Flashy Flash.

Prelude[]

Flashy Flash leads Saitama to a training room, proposing a fight with the condition that should he win, Saitama must become his disciple. He also sees this as an opportunity to gauge Saitama's potential. Flash informs Saitama that if he manages to land a single hit, he wins. In response, Saitama states that if he wins, Flash must never again ask him to be his disciple, to which Flash agrees.

Battle[]

The instant Flash declares the start of the fight, Saitama closes the distance between them and almost catches the ninja with his right hand. After keeping a distance from Saitama, Flash admits how he has let his guard down due to Saitama's nonchalant personality before deciding to immediately go all-out against him. Charging at Saitama with his Dragon Thurst Kick, Flash hits him frontally with a double kick. When Saitama retaliates with a punch, Flash manages to avoid the punch by using his Spinning Top Slide to rotate and swerve himself out of the way.

Flash proceeds to unleash a series of his ninjutsu techniques on Saitama. He begins with Falling Moon Palm, hitting Saitama with both open palms, then distracts him with his cape using Misty Mantle before launching Falling Leaves Barrage, delivering a barrage of open-hand slaps that obscure Saitama's vision. Flash continues his relentless attack with a Wind Blade Kick from above, followed by a barrage of punches using Blue Tempest Fist, yet Saitama remains completely unfazed. Finally, employing his Flowing Shadow Feet to enhance maneuver and mobility, Flash charges at Saitama with his Flash Fist, aiming for a powerful blow to his face. However, just before his punch makes contact, Saitama retaliates with a punch of his own that passes Flash's from below, leaving the S-Class hero stunned and paralyzed as Saitama halts his strike just inches from Flash's head. At that moment, Genos interrupts the fight by announcing a monster alert.

Aftermath[]

Saitama, Genos, and Flash make their way to Internet Surfers to confront the threat, where they encounter Speed-o'-Sound Sonic, who is eager for another fight with Saitama. Shortly thereafter, Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame appear, attempting to kill Flash once more.

Trivia[]

  • In contrast to the manga, the fight lasted noticeably longer in the original webcomic.
