Rumbling Thunder (雷鳴のサンダー, Raimei no Sandā) is a ninja from the Ninja Village. He is from the 37th graduating class, and a member of the Heavenly Ninja Party.
Appearance[]
Upper body appearance
Rumbling Thunder had large, spiky hair and long sideburns. He wore a coat with fuzz along its cuffs and collar and a lightning bolt embroidered on the stomach. He also wore knee-length pants.
Personality[]
Little is known about his personality, although it can be theorized that since he's part of the same graduating class as Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame, he takes great pride in his abilities and his class's reputation. He was the only one of the ninja who was not impressed by Sonic's Ten Shadow Burial, calling it a desperate struggle.
Like the rest of the Heavenly Ninja Party, Rumbling Thunder despises Flashy Flash for destroying the village, showing he respects the village despite all of the harsh training it put him through. He also possesses a sense of comradery and joins together with the other ninjas of the village.
History[]
Rumbling Thunder graduated from the 37th class of the Ninja Village, known as "Golden." This was the same class as Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame. He later joined the Heavenly Ninja Party.

Abilities and Powers[]
As a graduate of the Ninja Village and a member of the Heavenly Ninja Party, Rumbling Thunder is a very powerful ninja. Furthermore, it can be assumed that since he is from the same class as Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame, the "Golden" class, his abilities exceed most of the other ninjas of the village and are on-par with Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame outside of their monster forms. He was the only one not impressed by Sonic's Ten Shadow Burial, and he, along with the other ninja, were easily able to take care of his clones. However, he was ultimately no match for Speed-o'-Sound Sonic and Flashy Flash, and was killed during their fight.
Physical Abilities[]
Immense Strength: As a graduate of the "Golden" class of the Ninja Village, Rumbling Thunder naturally has commendable strength.
Immense Speed and Reflexes: As a graduate of the "Golden" class of the Ninja Village, Rumbling Thunder possesses amazing speed and reflexes, being able to trade blows with Flashy Flash and stop Sonic's clones, although he was unable to react to having his arm sliced off and shurikens thrown at him by Sonic.
