He used to look like a rock punk style man with spiked hair, and ear piercings with his tongue sticking out. But now currently looks bald and horrified from trauma.

During Puri-Puri Prisoner's fight with the Deep Sea King, he bulks up his muscles, which causes him to unintentionally rips his boyfriend's sweater. Puri-Puri Prisoner shouts in agony, lamenting the loss of his sweater that his boyfriend knitted for him, and he declares he will never forgive the bastard monster who did it, even though it was Puri-Puri Prisoner's own fault.[1]

After Speed-o'-Sound Sonic has finished having confrontation with the other inmates in the prison, the Smelly Lid Old Man warns Sonic about Puri-Puri Prisoner and tells him about his boyfriend. A former A-Class criminal who seemed to be "exactly" his type and is now a "shell of a man" from all the horrific things Puri-Puri Prisoner has forcefully done to him against his own will.[2]
