This is a rare ability used primarily by Green who has nurtured plants inside of his body since childhood which allows him to grow vines rapidly to ensnare and attack monsters. However the plants he grows also absorb nutrients from him causing him to have an emaciated appearance as a result.
The monster Kombu Infinity has long hair made of kombu kelps, and is able to freely control it to restrain and attack their opponents. They seem to only be able to control their own kombu and not be able to grow more of it, as they were left completely bald after Saitama ripped their hair out.
Surprise-Attack Plum is able to generate plum seeds and launch them as high-speed projectiles.
Rafflesidon, as a plant-based monster can also grow and manipulate its own vines.
