Narinki Park (ナリンキパーク, Narinkipāku) is an amusement park located in I-City. As the name suggests, it is owned by Narinki, one of the primary sponsors of the Hero Association.

It is an amusement facility featuring various attractions such as a Ferris wheel, carousel, and roller coaster. The park offers a wide range of entertainment options for visitors and serves as one of I-City's notable leisure destinations.
Asami, Chinpi, Gomago, Noria, Sanshon, and Sosshi work as security guards in the park after leaving Narinki's Private Squad.

Sweet Mask brings Saitama to Narinki Park to help him open up and express his inner thoughts. Inside a Ferris wheel gondola, Sweet Mask shares his past with Saitama, revealing that he is no longer human. His goal is to persuade Saitama to become the ideal hero he envisions. However, Saitama rejects his proposal and leaves the park to meet with King for a scheduled video game session. Sweet Mask is left behind, disappointed but still determined to persuade him later.

Moments after Saitama departs, chaos erupts in the park. The source of the disturbance is Pesky Clown, a clown-like Mysterious Being craving attention, who begins wreaking havoc throughout the area. Sweet Mask engages the monster in battle amid the park, with many civilians and visitors witnessing the confrontation.
