Mushrule is a B-Class superhero from H-City. He/she is in charge of this area together with Horse-Bone. His/her rank is unknown.
Appearance
Mushrule's full appearance is unclear. It is unclear if he or she is male or female. His/her height seems rather short and his/her hair is bowl-shaped. He/she sports a black mask, covering the eyes only.
Plot
Rumor Arc
As the higher-ups of the Heroes Association discuss the status on the cities, Mushrule was mentioned as a superhero in charge of H-City. His/her report on the city was "all quiet here".[1]
