Monster Roper Shell (怪縛のシェル, Kai Baku no Sheru) is the C-Class Rank 3 professional hero of the Hero Association.

Appearance

Monster Roper Shell has narrow eyes and light-colored hair styled in a bowl cut that covers his ears and forehead. He wears a heathered shirt with striped pants and black shoes. He carries rope around his shoulder as his primary weapon.

Plot

He is one of the heroes recruited to the Monster Association raid's support team. As the heroes and monsters do battle, he is seen tying up several monsters.

When Rhino Wrestler appears to fight the heroes, Monster Roper Shell is one of the heroes who attack the monster simultaneously, but he is effortlessly blown away, with the monster only giving him a measly 2 points out of 100.

After Atomic Samurai kills Rhino Wrestler and the S-Class heroes finish killing all the other monsters he, along with the rest of the support team, stay above ground while the strike team infiltrates the Monster Association headquarters.

Nyan attacks the hero support team as they attempt to get Waganma to safety. Monster Roper Shell works with Green to restrain the monster as Mizuki throws a discus at it. However, Nyan manages to escape the bindings and defeat the hero.

Strong Rope: The rope is very durable, and can restrict several monsters. Genos also used the rope to tie several heroes to his back and carry them at high speed.
