Mind Control is the ability to control the minds of other living beings.

Overview

The user is able to control someone's mind, forcing them into doing whatever the user desires. Usually, if the victims are somehow freed from their brainwashed state, they won't be able to remember what happened to them. However, some of the following examples of users might not strictly follow what this description depicts.

Usage

Rafflesidon

The monster Rafflesidon has a limited form of mind control in the form of his "Hypno Scent" (催眠香, Saimin Kō), a special type of gas he can emit which puts his victims to sleep. It can affect someone as strong as Metal Bat, although he did show himself to be capable of resisting its effects to an extent.

Chemonille

Chemonille of the Mediocre Ability Users has the ability to command small animals like birds. Because of this, he claims to be a "Beastmaster" (動物使役, Dōbutsu no gen'in), implying that other humans with the power to control animals exist.

Mosquito Girl

Similarly, Mosquito Girl has the ability to control any mosquito within 50km of herself, allowing her to create massive swarms which can drain all the blood in a human body in mere seconds. She can also command the mosquitoes to give her the blood they've collected in order to strengthen herself.

Destrochloridium

Destrochloridium has a unique form of mind control that allows him to enter a human's brain and take full control of their body. He believes that, by taking control of a powerful fighter's body, it'll allow him to use all of their strength. However, a major weakness of this ability is that he can only take possession a person's body if he manages to pierce their skin with his drill-like arms first.

Do-S

Do-S demonstrates this ability for the first time when she attacks her victims with her whip, causing them to fall under her control. Those who're controlled by her, whom she refers to as her "love slaves", gain heart-shaped pupils. However, her ability isn't perfect, as individuals with a strong ego and immense determination are capable of breaking free from the effects of it, such as Fubuki. It has also been shown that if Do-S loses her focus or is momentarily knocked unconscious, the effects on her victims will disappear, thus causing them to regain their sanity. Additionally, Sweet Mask (the top-ranked A-Class hero) showed himself to be unaffected by Do-S' ability in spite of being hit by her whip.

Three-Eyed Ghost

The Three-Eyed Ghost is capable of emitting a venomous breath that robs the self-consciousness of anyone struck by it, causing them to begin planning their own suicide.

Gyoro Gyoro

Gyoro Gyoro seems to possess some kind of brainwashing capabilities, as it claims to have brainwashed Orochi. However, during his fight with Saitama, Orochi reveals that he was only pretending to be under Gyoro Gyoro's control. This is further shown when Orochi ignores Gyoro Gyoro and decides to fight Saitama instead, despite the former having asked for his help against Tatsumaki.

God

After Zombieman defeats Homeless Emperor, "God" suddenly appears in the latter's mind, freely changing its appearance before killing him in a place resembling a flower field right inside his mind. This indicates that "God" may have some sort of mind-controlling abilities. Despite retaining some of his personality after being transformed by "God," Garou remained vulnerable to its mental influence, resulting in a significant increase in his cruelty compared to before.

Goddess Glasses

Goddess Glasses, a monster with a role similar to Do-S, is capable of hypnotizing people using a type of energy-like beam. She claimed to have turned 999 humans into her love slaves with it, but it fails to work on Sweet Mask, who proceeded to kill her.^{[citation needed]}
