Light Manipulation is the ability to generate and control light to the users will whether through artificial or natural means.

Overview

Super Custom YO649Z Mk. II was able to light up his eyes like a car's headlights. This ability was only shown for a few brief moments as Saitama quickly killed the monster before it attacked him.

Phoenix Man can produce light through his New King's Awakening Light technique; radiating his life energy into a form of light that can pierce through solid objects and reanimate corpses in the vicinity.

Manako can naturally produce light from her eyeball like a torch to illuminate her surroundings. She can use different types of light, such as: her regular light, no horn pressing required, Searchlight, where she must presses two horns at the same time, X-ray: by pressing the left horn and Thermostat where she must press the right horn.

In the anime, Genos possessed a cybernetic modification named Lightning Eye, which allowed him to create a flash of light that blinded the Deep Sea King.

Some characters produce light as a side-effect of their abilities such as users of Fire Manipulation, Energy Projection, or Psychokinesis but they do not manipulate or create light itself.
