Kokou (ココウ, Kokō) is a cyborg and hero for the Neo Heroes.
Appearance[]
Kokou is a tall man with dark skin, black dreadlocks, and a three-pronged goatee. His most noticeable features are the implant covering his right eye and ear, as well as his rectangular forehead implant. He wears white clothes and a chain around his neck.
Personality[]
Compared to Mars Leo, Kokou is a more levelheaded individual, opting to calmly state his reasons for wanting to be a leader as opposed to yelling at everyone. However, he does have a hotheaded side, as shown when he attempted to attack Suiryu.
History[]
Kokou was once a participant in the modified human fighting tournament Cyborg Fight, but he ended up being disqualified from the tournament because his high level of skill prevented anyone from betting on him.

Kokou is first introduced as he and Mars Leo burst into a meeting of the Neo Heroes leaders, where the two of them express their frustration at not being appointed as leaders. Kokou states that he won't follow a boss who is weaker than him, but his confidence wavers when he scans Wavygyaza and finds that 71% of her body is cybernetically enhanced, a level of modification that is considered extremely risky when it exceeds 60%. Suiryu then attempts to expel Kokou and Mars Leo, prompting them to attack the martial artist.
Despite their efforts, Suiryu showcases his martial arts skills by skillfully blocking or deflecting their attacks before kicking Kokou aside. He is caught by 'A', who asks if he is alright. Soon after, Elimin and Destro arrive to escort Kokou and Mars Leo out.

Kokou's astonishment deepens as he realizes that Elimin and Destro are modified to 95% and 94%, respectively. Nervously, he concludes that he should avoid provoking either of them.

Despite not standing a chance against Suiryu even with Mars Leo's help, Kokou is implied and shown to be a relatively adept combatant. He remained undefeated when he competed in Cyborg Fights, causing him to be kicked out since no one would bet on him.

Kokou decided not to mess with either Elimin or Destro, demonstrating he did not believe he could win against either of them.
Physical Abilities[]
Enhanced Speed: Kokou is capable of unleashing several quick strikes on Suiryu in a short period of time, although Suiryu is able to block all of his attacks.
Cyborg Modifications[]
Eye Implant: Kokou has a cybernetic implant covering his right eye and ear, which so far enables him to scan other people's cybernetic modifications, such as Wavygyaza's, Elimin's, and Destro's.
