Illusory Phantom (幻影のファントム, Gen'ei no Fantomu) was a ninja from the Ninja Village. He was from the 22nd graduating class, and a member of the Heavenly Ninja Party.

Personality
Little is known about his personality. Like the rest of the Heavenly Ninja Party, Crazy Mad despises Flashy Flash for destroying the village, showing he respects the village despite all of the harsh training it put him through. He also possesses a sense of comradery with the other ninjas of the village and is willing to join together with them.

Abilities and Powers
As a graduate of the Ninja Village and a member of the Heavenly Ninja Party, Illusory Phantom is a very powerful ninja. He, along with some other ninja, were able to easily withstand Sonic's clones and were unaffected by Sonic's side hops, although he was ultimately killed by Flashy Flash.
Physical Abilities
Immense Strength: As a graduate of the village, Illusory Phantom naturally has very impressive strength. He was able to easily blast Sonic's clones away and send Sonic flying into a tree.
Immense Speed and Reflexes: As a graduate, Illusory Phantom possesses amazing speed and reflexes, being able to trade blows with Sonic and react to Sonic's clones. However, he was unable to react to Flashy Flash's attack, although this was while he was distracted.
