Heroes vs. Nyan is the battle between several heroes and the Monster Association executive Nyan.
Prelude[]
Having retrieved Waganma from Child Emperor, the hero support team proceeds on their mission to escort the hostage back to safety. Along the way, they battle more forces from the Monster Association, defeating them easily despite injuries the heroes sustained in their previous battle.
Meanwhile, Nyan, having fled from his separate encounters with Puri-Puri Prisoner and Saitama, arrives on the surface and spots the support team, who likewise notice him.
Battle[]
Nyan redirects One Shotter's bullet.
One Shotter fires at Nyan, but the monster uses its claw to precisely redirect the bullet back at the sniper, hitting his mechanical eye patch and incapacitating him. Nyan remarks on how weak the heroes are. Before they can react, Nyan swiftly dashes past and uses its sharp claws to slash Gearsper, Narcisstoic, Needle Star, Jet Nice Guy, and Twin Tail, deliberately avoiding fatal injuries. It demands them to stand up. Sekingar instructs Mizuki to run with Waganma, and she complies quickly. However, Nyan swiftly catches up, and just as it is about to strike, Mizuki manages to throw Waganma to Food Battler Futoshi before being scratched across her chest.

Shadow Ring ensnares Nyan with a chain, while Mizuki, recovering from her injury, clings tightly to Nyan's tail in an effort to restrain it. Green uses his plant manipulation ability to summon roots from below, further binding Nyan, while Monster Roper Shell wraps a rope around the monster's neck. With Nyan seemingly restrained, it taunts that it now knows the game it will play: murdering Waganma before the heroes' eyes. In response, many of the heroes and Sekingar launch a coordinated assault on the cat monster. However, in the blink of an eye, Nyan utilizes its dexterity and elasticity to escape the bindings and counterattacks, delivering multiple scratches that severely injure and incapacitate them.
Gearsper attempts to stop Nyan
Nyan then shifts its focus to Futoshi and Waganma, who are fleeing. As it prepares to chase them, Gearsper intervenes, using his psychic abilities to tear apart numerous buildings and hurl the debris at Nyan, burying it. Mizuki, lying on the ground behind Gearsper, watches him. Exhausted, Gearsper states that he has returned the favor to Mizuki, who once saved him, before collapsing. Mizuki also loses consciousness.
From a distance, Futoshi mistakenly believes they have defeated the monster. Unfortunately, Nyan emerges unscathed from a rubble that crashes nearby, slashing Futoshi across the chest, leaving Waganma vulnerable. Nyan then captures Waganma, plannning to finish its game by killing the boy in front of the fallen heroes. Just then, Drive Knight arrives to their rescue.
Aftermath[]
All of the incapacited heroes are later carried by Genos from the battlefield to be hospitalized.
