Heavy Tank Loincloth (重戦車フンドシ, Jūsensha Fundoshi) is the A-Class Rank 5 professional hero of the Hero Association.
Appearance
Heavy Tank Loincloth is a very tall and extremely muscular middle-aged man. He has a large mustache and his dark hair is styled in three points. He wea rs a simple light-colored loincloth.
Personality
Little is known of Heavy Tank Loincloth's personality, apart from his apparently aggressive nature and a belief in an unknown code of honor that he follows and takes pride in. He derides the other villains for following no such belief.

Garou Introduction Arc
Heavy Tank Loincloth is first seen during the Hero Association meeting with the underground folk. He serves as one of the main bodyguards of the Minister Officer of Justice Sitch. During the meeting, Magic Trick Man is attacked by Garou and in an attempt to save him, he tries to attack Garou. However, Garou is able to evade Heavy Tank Loincloth's attack and breaks Heavy Tank Loincloth's arm in multiple spots. Garou then knocks him out with a single punch.
Abilities and Powers
As a high ranking A-Class hero, Heavy Tank Loincloth is a very skilled and powerful fighter. According to Sitch, he is comparable to S-Class in terms of fighting ability.[2]
Physical Abilities
Enhanced Strength: Heavy Tank Loincloth possesses incredible physical strength as he was able to smash the floor, likely made out of concrete with one of his punches. In addition, he was able to knock out a thug with one punch before the thug was able to react.[3]
Enhanced Speed: For a man his size Loincloth is quite fast able to move to Garou's position in an instant. In addition, he was able to knock out a thug with one punch before the thug was able to react.[3]
Fighting Style
Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Heavy Tank Fundoshi mainly relies on his brute strength and his skill in close-quarters combat during battles.
