Free Hugger

Free Hugger (フリーハガー, Furīhagā) was a Demon-level monster and a member of the Monster Association. He was killed by Puri-Puri Prisoner.^[1]

Appearance[]

Free Hugger was a giant two legged hedgehog with black arms, legs and face. He always held a sign with FREE HUG written on it.

Personality[]

Free Hugger was a quiet monster but wanted to give "free hugs" in order to hurt others.

Monster Raid Arc[]

Free Hugger appears along with the other monsters of the Monster Association simultaneously attacking random cities. He is seen holding a free hug sign, so it can hurt people.^[2]

Super Fight Arc[]

Free Hugger is confronted by Puri-Puri Prisoner and managed to injure the hero. Puri-Puri Prisoner then decided to embrace the pain and Free Hugger was squeezed to death by Puri-Puri Prisoner.^[3]

Abilities and Powers[]

Being a Demon-level monster, it can be assumed that Free Hugger was relatively strong. He managed to injure an S-Class hero, however, since he was defeated by Puri-Puri-Prisoner, the lowest hero in S-class, who had already sustained heavy damage no less, by simply bear-hugging him, it stands to reason that he is not nearly as powerful as other monsters in his threat level in terms of physical strength.

Physical Abilities[]

Spiky Body: Perhaps its most notable feature is its spiky body, in which, it is dangerous to approach the monster with physical attacks. The spikes were able to damage and cut S-Class hero Puri-Puri Prisoner.
