Emcee (司会, Shikai) is the hostess of the Hero Costume Contest.

Emcee is a young woman with short black hair and dark eyes and dark colored lipstick. She wears a skintight suit with a bow, designed in a V-shaped pattern along with long sleeves. She has a winged heart shaped belt, holding a small staff with a jewel connected to the top and also wears a white cape, black gloves with bracelets on her wrists, a white beret with feathers and a black mask. She is said to be very attractive.
