Elimin (エリミン, Elimin) is a cyborg and security guard for the Neo Heroes.
Appearance[]
Elimin has her hair styled into several hook-like prongs on the sides of her head. She wears a suit and hair clips, with her eyes always closed, and she is often seen smiling.

Although somewhat condescending to opponents, she offers Metal Bat an apology after being corrected by Fuzzy. It is revealed that she and Destro were aware of the plot to destroy the Hero Association and conquer humanity. They attempted to stop Mccoy from aiding the robot crisis, showing her cold and indifferent nature toward humanity.

Neo Heroes Uprising Arc[]
After Zaedats and Infelsinave's defeat, Elimin and Destro transport them to the Neo Heroes recovery chamber, an action noticed by Metal Bat. As Metal Bat approaches to ask about Zaedats and Infelsinave, Elimin informs him that they have been converted into cyborgs, explaining the benefits of this transformation, which Metal Bat strongly disagrees with. Metal Bat grows suspicious of their intentions, and Elimin and Destro guide him to the recovery chamber. Once there, Metal Bat is unexpectedly attacked by Mars Leo and Kokou, both clad in Neo Heroes battle suits, when he lets his guard down. After being knocked to the ground, he hears from Elimin and Destro that he is about to be killed and turned into a cyborg, which infuriates him and prompts him to prepare for a counterattack.
As Metal Bat fights back, Destro steps in to engage him while Elimin observes. She warns Destro to avoid taking too many hits. When Destro is hit in the head by a swing from Metal Bat and knocked down, she intervenes and shoots tranquilizer darts into Metal Bat's back, rendering him unconscious. As her partner gets up, Elimin remarks on how Destro let his guard down before ordering Mars Leo and Kokou to bind Metal Bat, who is subsequently drugged for over 48 hours to sap his energy and limit his movements.
Afterwards, an assistant enters Metal Bat's holding room under Elimin's orders to keep him in check. As Metal Bat expresses his suspicions about the Neo Heroes, Elimin and Destro arrive to perform the surgery. Elimin cautions him against resisting as they drag him out in chains, aiming to convert him into a cyborg as quickly as possible. During their transport, they are confronted by Blue, who questions them. Elimin refuses to answer until Fuzzy arrives, explaining that Elimin and Destro have been too hasty and misinterpreted the requirements for cyborgification, referencing their previous work as mercenaries. Elimin acknowledges the need for greater caution moving forward, offering an apologetic smile before Metal Bat manages to break free from the chains and leave the scene.
Abilities and Powers[]
Little is known of Elimin's abilities and powers, but she is assumed to be very powerful due to 95% of her body being cybernetic. The Neo Heroes has enough confidence in Elimin and Destro to protect the headquarters by themselves, and Kokou, a Neo Leader candidate, believes it wise not to mess with her.

- Elimin's name appears to be a pun on the word "eliminate", a naming convention similar to her partner Destro.
- In the webcomic, Elimin's gender was ambiguous, with many presuming her to be male. However, her appearance in the manga clarifies that Elimin is female.
