Drunkard (よっぱらい, Yopparai) is the C-Class Rank 198 professional hero of the Hero Association.

Drunkard is a man with a wrinkly face and perpetually flushed cheeks. He wears a headband and a vest with pants.

Drunkard is part of the Hero Name Victims Association, and goes with them to request Saitama to join them. He is later seen protesting with the rest of the group outside the Hero Association's executive meeting room, claiming that his face is naturally red and demanding financial compensation.[1] His "Desired Name" is Young Man.
