Dr. Grumpy Pervert is an average-looking man with medium-length dark hair and glasses. He wears a collared shirt underneath a lab coat.

Dr. Grumpy Pervert is part of the Hero Name Victims Association, and goes with them to request Saitama to join them.[1] He is later seen protesting with the rest of the group outside the Hero Association's executive meeting room. His "Desired Name" is Fighting Genius Surgeon White Knight.
