Devil Storm (ジャマアラシ, Jama Arashi; Viz: Jamastorm) also known as "The Invincible Pirate Captain" was a bandit with infamous reputation. He was killed by Flashy Flash.[1]

Later, during their battle with Flashy Flash, Gale Wind claimed he and Hellfire Flame were hired by Devil Storm, but Flash revealed he knew they were lying as he had killed the crime lord.[2]
