Destructive Devastation (破壊のデストロイ, Hakai no Desutoroi; Viz: Destruction Destroy) is a ninja from the Ninja Village. He is from the 42nd graduating class like Violent Force[1] and is a member of the Heavenly Ninja Party.[2]
Appearance[]
Destructive Devastation was a fair-skinned man with short black hair. When in combat, he wore armor with numerous metal plates, forming protective guards along his chest, waist, shoulders, and thighs.
Personality[]
Destructive Devastation was very prideful and arrogant. He overestimated his abilities, thinking he could easily defeat Speed-o'-Sound Sonic and Flashy Flash.
History[]
Destructive Devastation and Violent Force were members of the Ninja Village's 42nd graduating class, nicknamed "Merciless".[1] At some point he joined the Heavenly Ninja Party

The Heavenly Ninja Party confronts Speed-o'-Sound Sonic to introduce its members and explain the fellow ninja their plan for world domination in order to recruit him. After Sonic betrays the agreement to present Flashy Flash to them, Destructive Devastation and the rest of the party try to kill the duo but are eliminated.

Fighting Style[]
Ninjutsu Master: Destructive Devastation was a graduate of the Ninja Village.[1] Ninjas from this village could not graduate without completion of the curriculum,[3] which suggests that Destructive Devastation was a highly skilled ninja.
