Neo Heroes Uprising Arc[]
After Zaedats and Infelsinave's defeat, Destro and Elimin are seen taking them to the Neo Heroes recovery chamber, an action noticed by Metal Bat. When Metal Bat approaches and inquires about Zaedats and Infelsinave, Elimin informs him that they have been transformed into cyborgs, outlining the benefits of such a transformation, much to Metal Bat's disapproval. As Metal Bat grows suspicious, Destro and Elimin guide him to the recovery chamber. There, Metal Bat is unexpectedly attacked by Mars Leo and Kokou, both clad in Neo Heroes battle suits, after letting his guard down. Destro orders the attackers to kill him. After being knocked to the ground, Metal Bat hears from Destro and Elimin that he is about to be killed and turned into a cyborg, which infuriates him and prompts him to prepare to fight back.
Metal Bat engages in a battle that Destro eagerly joins while Elimin observes. After blocking a hit from Metal Bat with a kick, the hero suspects that Destro is a cyborg due to the metallic sound he produces. Destro activates Sparking Tornado to electrocute Metal Bat, and as it seems he has been paralyzed, Destro lets his guard down, allowing Metal Bat to strike him on the head. This blow breaks the bat, sending Destro crashing to the ground. Elimin intervenes by shooting tranquilizer darts into Metal Bat's back, rendering him unconscious, prompting Destro to express annoyance at his partner, who in turn criticizes Destro. Elimin orders Mars Leo and Kokou to bind Metal Bat, who is subsequently drugged for over 48 hours to drain his energy and restrain his movements.
Afterwards, an assistant enters Metal Bat's holding room under Elimin's orders to keep him in shape. When Metal Bat expresses his suspicions about the Neo Heroes, Destro and Elimin come in to perform surgery. They restrain him in chains to expedite his transformation into a cyborg. During their transport, they are confronted by Blue, who questions their actions, but Destro remains silent while Elimin refuses to respond until Fuzzy arrives. Fuzzy explains to Metal Bat that Destro and Elimin acted too hastily and misinterpreted the requirements for cyborgification, referencing their past as mercenaries. Elimin acknowledges the need for more caution moving forward, while Destro remains silent. Metal Bat then manages to break free of the chains and escapes the scene.

Destro is a cyborg and security guard of the Neo Heroes, with 94% of his body being cybernetic. The Neo Heroes has enough confidence in Destro and Elimin to allow them to secure the headquarters by themselves, and Kokou, a candidate for Neo Leader, believes it wise not to mess with him.

Destro has shown remarkable durability, briefly engaging with Metal Bat and withstanding and blocking swings from the hero's weapon.
Physical Abilities[]
Enhanced Durability: Destro is very durable, able to withstand many swings from Metal Bat without noticeable damage. However, it should be noted that the bat used by Metal Bat was weaker and more flimsy, resulting in less overall damage. Erimin also mentioned that if Destro continued to take hits like that, he would eventually sustain damage.
Enhanced Speed: Destro possesses enhanced speed. He could react to and defend against Metal Bat in a fight.
Cyborg Modifications[]
Damage Ratio: Destro apparently has a damage ratio which shows him how much damage he's taking.
Fighting Style[]
- Sparking Tornado (スパーキングトルネード, Supākingu Torunēdo): A powerful energy-blast. Destro generates this attack by sharply rotating his arm, then thrusting it towards the target. The attack was able to somewhat injure Metal Bat, though the hero quickly recovered and retaliated.[1]
