Chimagusa (チマグサ, Chimagusa), "Bizarre Phantom Thief", was an infamous thief in the world. He was killed by Flashy Flash.[1]

Later, during their battle with Flashy Flash, Gale Wind claimed he and Hellfire Flame were hired by Chimagusa, but Flash revealed he knew they were lying as he had already killed the crime lord.[2]
