Chemonille is a criminal who appears in the anime OVAs.

Appearance

Chemonille is a man in an orange business suit with round glasses and a red tie, a bulbous nose, a goatee, and hair that spikes straight upwards.

Personality

Chemonille is an unassuming and friendly man, though he's still willing to use his powers for crime. When his powers prove useless in the face of Saitama, he is frustrated and begins despairing over his situation.

Saitama and the Mediocre Ability Users

Chemonille meets with Enjoe and Brut in a public restroom in a park, after having met them online at some point first. They plan to become a team of villains and pull off crimes with their supernatural powers. They are waiting for a fourth member when Saitama wanders in, and upon learning he is a hero, attack him. However, their abilities backfire and Saitama has to save them from themselves. Chemonille is frustrated and states their powers all useless, but they are attacked by Dirt Earthworm and Saitama has to save them again. Saitama decides to help them get stronger, and forces all three of them to go through his daily training regimen.

Chemonille has the ability to order animals. Though he's not very skilled at it as he can only control little birds and small critters.

• Animal Control: Chemonille has the ability to control small animals. He claims to be a Beastmaster (動物使役).
  • Flying Bird: Chemonille sends birds flying at his opponent.
    • Critical Attack: Chemonille sends birds flying at his opponent to attack them.
    • Blow in the Wind: Chemonille summons birds to blow air at his target.

• Chemonille name is a pun on his ability; kemono means "beast" (獸) in Japanese.
