"Waiting Room" (控え室, Hikaeshitsu, Tonari: 77 + 78) is the fifty-third chapter of the One-Punch Man manga series.
Summary[]
Saitama is in Charanko's waiting room looking over a list of tournament contestants when he is greeted by a man who knows Charanko. The man introduces himself as Sour Face and talks about a past tournament incident where Garou entered under the name Wolfman. Sour Face explains that he wants to win the tournament so he will not be intimidated if he ever faces Bang or Garou again, and recalls the day Garou rampaged through the dojo. Saitama implicitly tells him that his motivation is pitiful, causing Sour Face to leave the room feeling aggravated.

- The chapter was redrawn by Murata with additional content, and for unknown reason the chapter's online number has been changed back to chapter 51.
