Short Summary[]
Flashy Flash and Blast talk about "God", and Empty Void, who is revealed to be Blast's former partner. The Hero Association begins experimentation with the separation of monster cells in the hope of learning the key to undoing human monsterfication and it looks promising. Immediately after, Empty Void launches a surprise attack on the headquarters in which Blast manages to fend off.
