Long Summary[]
The battle between Saitama and Tatsumaki intensifies, causing Forte and Air to become curious about the commotion. Saitama lands near Forte's room and, seeing Forte's confusion, inquires about his injuries and advises him to remain in bed before returning to the battle. Witnessing the aftermath of Saitama's destructive clash, Forte decides to postpone his rematch with Saitama.
Outside, the Blizzard Group arrives and is taken aback by the extent of the damage. Although Tatsumaki initially enjoyed her confrontation with Saitama, she now aims to swiftly conclude the battle due to miscalculating her output limits. Transforming a vast area of ground into an earth tsunami, Tatsumaki attempts to crush Saitama beneath it. Despite her efforts, Saitama emerges unscathed. Observing Tatsumaki's fatigue, he advises her to cease exerting herself. Nonetheless, Tatsumaki persists in her futile attempts to launch Saitama into space using her psychic powers. Eventually, Tatsumaki succumbs to exhaustion and loses consciousness.
In her dream, Tatsumaki recalls being saved by Blast 18 years ago and subsequently reuniting with Fubuki to protect her. Pursued by four Tsukuyomi members, Tatsumaki seemingly killed them before reaching out to Fubuki. The shock of witnessing her sister's violent actions awakens the 5-year-old Fubuki's psychic powers, causing her to repel Tatsumaki. As Tatsumaki's dream continues, she is seen pursuing an image of Blast. It is revealed that Tatsumaki holds high expectations of Blast, as he was the only adult who ever freed her. She believes that if she becomes strong enough, Blast will respect her and guide her towards a more fulfilling life. In her dream, Tatsumaki seeks guidance from the top-ranked hero. She awakens from her dream questioning her path.
Saitama commends Tatsumaki's abilities and affectionately pats her on the head, suggesting that she could be a great hero if she could rampage without causing collateral damage. As Saitama prepares to depart, Fubuki arrives and informs Tatsumaki that she has separated from her group. The Blizzard Group also arrives, pleading with Tatsumaki to let them stay and promising to become stronger. Before Tatsumaki can unleash her powers on them, Fubuki takes matters into her own hands and punishes some members of the group. She asserts that if they cannot withstand her power, they are not worthy of facing her elder sister. The group tries to prove themselves by withstanding Fubuki's onslaught, and Saitama convinces Tatsumaki to allow them to stay together. Tatsumaki agrees and prepares to depart with Fubuki. She informs Saitama that she plans to test him again in the future, but he declines, much to Tatsumaki's irritation.
