Long Summary[]
In the hospital at the Hero Association headquarters, Air wakes up from his injuries caused by Evil Natural Water and notices a hospitalized Forte next to his bed. To visit Forte, Chain'n'toad and Butterfly DX are also present. Forte converses with the two of them and voices his suspicion that Saitama used psychic power or so to attack him during their battle, although Butterfly DX corrects him by telling him he was simply hit by a car from behind while Chain'n'toad advises him not to use headphones in battles. Chain'n'toad and Butterfly DX then leave and Forte stays at the hospital to rest.
Meanwhile, after being stopped by Saitama from punishing the Blizzard Group, Tatsumaki becomes angry and attempts to throw him away with her telekinesis, although the Caped Baldy is able to resist it, much to the surprise of the S-Class hero esper. Tatsumaki recognises Saitama as the one who was with Genos while Saitama tells Fubuki to escort the others to safety. Fubuki conforms to Saitama's request which prompts the elder sister to ask about their relationship. Saitama responds that he is merely an acquaintance before Tatsumaki tells him she will find out soon enough if Saitama is worthy of hanging over Fubuki. The surroundings begin twisting due to Tatsumaki's psychic power and in response to this, Saitama tightly grasps the female esper and by forcefully jumping, shoots himself out of the place and heads toward the sky, taking Tatsumaki with him.
Tongue Stretcher, Beer Bellee, and Man-Eating Capybara get freed from being imprisoned thanks to Tatsumaki wrecking the place. The three Mysterious Beings soon confront a large group of heroes and immediately run away.
