In a flashback, a young Psykos is seen telling Fubuki about the increased membership in their group and the Invisible Hand joining their forces. She further tells her it might not be long before they can rule the world from the shadows. While on their way home from school, Psykos admires Fubuki for her superior psychic power, although Fubuki seems to ignore her. Later in a library, Psykos is seen studying a new ability called the "Third Eye" that sees into the future, in hope that it can be used to overthrow Tatsumaki. However, the future Psykos then sees drives her insane and she tells Fubuki that world domination is meaningless and human extermination is necessary.
Back to the moment they were confronting each other during the Monster Association incident, Psykos was defeated and captured by Fubuki, who wanted to know the source of her madness. As she held Psykos in her arms, Fubuki sensed a mysterious presence that chilled down her spine.
In the present, the Blizzard Group and Saitama finally arrive at Psykos's whereabouts when she is about to be taken away by a mysterious man who is from Tsukuyomi. Fubuki then informs everyone present that Tatsumaki is aware of Psykos's location and will come to kill her. Right afterwards, Tatsumaki crashes into the place and attempts to kill Psykos, who is protected by Fubuki and the man. At this moment, Fubuki recalls a conversation with Tatsumaki discussing Tsukuyomi, an organization that experimented on Tatsumaki and now wants Psykos. The man from Tsukuyomi expresses desire to capture both Fubuki and Tatsumaki along with Psykos and a fight ensues. While Saitama wants to complain to Tatsumaki for destroying his apartment, Fubuki is pleased that he will be helpful in the current situation and acknowledges his strength. However, due to the powerful psychic clash between Tatsumaki and the man from Tsukuyomi, the ground beneath Saitama violently cracks and he falls down to the floor below, much to Fubuki's shock. On the floor underneath, Saitama confronts many Demon-level Mysterious Beings who have been detained there.
