Long Summary[]

Having left his room, Saitama and Forte go to a parking lot in order to fight, with Forte agreeing to a deal from Saitama that the loser has to take care of Overgrown Rover and Black Sperm. Chain'n'toad and Butterfly DX watch as the two are about to battle. Forte begins showing off his style of fighting in rhythm as Saitama tries to warn him of a car rushing towards him from behind. Forte is unfortunately hit and knocked out. It is then revealed to be the Blizzard Group who all get out of their cars. Meanwhile, in an underground parking, a mysterious man exits his car and is welcomed by three Hero Association staff members. Fubuki senses that man's presence and tells Saitama to come with her. Saitama, thinking that he has beaten Forte, hands over Black Sperm and Overgrown Rover to Butterfly DX before leaving with Fubuki and her group.

The mysterious man is led to a jail where a seemingly unconscious Psykos is detained. Declaring that Psykos has no human rights, the three staff members permit him to use her for whatever purposes and thank him for paying them a lot of money in exchange. After coming up to her, the man claims that Psykos is a sample that will help greatly in progressing the "Tsukuyomi's research". Upon hearing the name "Tsukuyomi", Psykos becomes alert and uses her telekinesis to assault the man, who, also appears to be an esper, quickly blocks her attack before rendering her unconscious with a psychic strike.

Meanwhile, through a big elevator that leads to underground, Saitama and the Blizzard Group are arriving at Psykos's whereabouts. While on their way there, Fubuki recalls her encounter with Psykos during the Monster Association incident. As they were about to battle, Psykos angrily said that Fubuki sealed off her powers when they were students, and that she was getting in her way again this time. Fubuki then stated that Psykos once suggested humanity extermination while they were still in a group called "Society for Supernatural Research", much to Fubuki's disagreement, who viewed Psykos as an enemy believing that, after surpassing Tatsumaki, it would be pointless to stand at the top in an empty world.
