At a large apartment complex in the Hero Association, Forte, Butterfly DX, and Chain'n'toad decide to visit their new next door neighbour, Saitama. They repeatedly call out to him and ring his doorbell, believing he is a rookie and they will show him up as the senior heroes. The door opens and King answers the door, terrifying the three heroes, as they realize Saitama may instead be out.
Amidst the destroyed landscape of the site of the battle against the Monster Association, Pig God rummages through the debris. A helicopter flies above him, carrying a Hero Association representative who is worried the hero is already out despite needing more time to rest. The situation is spotted by Black Sperm. He notices Pig God running in his direction and hides. The representative, annoyed at the S-Class heroes' self-centred nature, is then met by the A-Class hero Air, who was brought along in-case Pig God resisted going back into recovery.
Air rushes forward to accost Pig God, while commenting on the sorry state of S-Class heroes for their lack of training and spoiled attitudes. He demands Pig God return or face him to gain his freedom, as the representative becomes annoyed at every situation becoming a battle. Suddenly, something stirs amongst the rubble in the nearby distance, which is revealed to be Evil Natural Water, now no more than a puddle in size; its appearance surprises Air but horrifies Pig God. The former decides to deal with the little monster first and launches his boomerang, only for the mindless being to shoot a beam of water at him, penetrating through the boomerang and Air's throat. Black Sperm sees the scuffle and is shocked as well to see his fellow executive still alive.
Pig God quickly swallows Evil Natural Water, though it puts up one last fight by firing several beams of water that pierce the hero's body from inside. The representative, shocked at the situation, asks if Pig God is fine; Pig God states what he swallowed is now dead in his digestive system. Instead of returning to the lab for treatment, he instead intends to visit a ramen shop, but not before informing the representative that a survey of the area is in order to find any surviving monsters.
Black Sperm runs away deeper into the destroyed area. Shocked at the Monster Association's downfall and with little to no cell stock remaining, he searches for something to eat and gain a few extra lives. Suddenly, he sees Saitama in the distance, accompanied by Genos; Saitama is happy he has found the remains of his destroyed apartment and hoists the entire building up. Black Sperm hides in sheer terror, recognises Saitama as the one who knocked out Awakened Garou with a single punch and the last person he wants to encounter. The black monster's attention is caught by Genos spotting Overgrown Rover, now much smaller and calmer. Black Sperm is surprised again to see another of his fellow executive, though he notes that Rover is now so much smaller than before. As Black Sperm reasons it would be wiser to run away from them now, he notices that Saitama is treating Rover like an animal instead of a monster, with him stating to Genos that he had recently taken a liking to dogs.
Before Genos can worry about the feeding costs of Rover, he receives a message from the Hero Association and leaves. Believing there is no safer place than under the protection of Saitama, Black Sperm makes up his mind and swallows his pride. He eventually leaps out from hiding and jumps around while making funny noises, to the Caped Baldy's confusion.
