Long Summary[]
Having seen Superalloy Darkshine sitting on the ground with a sad expression on his face, the other heroes come closer to him. Puri-Puri Prisoner and Zombieman are shocked at knowing his loss against Garou. Darkshine then retells his experience about Garou to the other heroes, admitting his complete defeat against the Hero Hunter, also noting that the latter will show up again with no one being able to stop him.
Meanwhile Garou, who is deep underground, as he is being buried by many of concrete debris, begins rising up. He wonders why the more he is beaten, the more he feels like he gets stronger and realises that he is one step closer to become a monster that he himself so wishes while envisioning himself as Despair Incarnate, desiring to make the world become the way he wants it to be. He then seems to begin transforming into a more monstrous state, like a monster.
After learning what happened to Superalloy Darkshine and that the latter disappoints himself so much that he no longer wants to stand up. Sweet Mask is angered seeing as how pathetic his fellow hero is, and proceeds to kick him hard multiple times in an attempt to help him realise what a hero needs to do even when they fall. Eventually, Superalloy Darkshine follows his fellow heroes' advices and decides to stand up to fight again, much to the others' relief. Atomic Samurai suggests to cooperate together to defeat the boss of the Monster Association, much to everyone's surprise. Later, Tanktop Master arrives at the scene, and with his arrival they continue to discuss their plan.
