Burigura (ブリギュラ, Burigyura; Viz: Buligula), was a criminal known as "Heart Collector" in the underworld. He was killed by Flashy Flash.[1]

Later, during their battle with Flashy Flash, Gale Wind claimed he and Hellfire Flame were hired by Burigura, but Flash revealed he knew they were lying as he had killed the crime lord.[2]
