Ballistic Bullet (弾丸のバレット, Dangan no Baretto) is a ninja from the Ninja Village. He is a member of the Heavenly Ninja Party.
Appearance[]
Ballistic Bullet had dark hair and shaggy eyebrows. His face was somewhat wrinkled, especially around his nose. He wore a dark martial arts gi with white highlights and a white sash around his waist.
History[]
Ballistic Bullet was from the 9th Graduation Class of the Ninja Village, known as "Composure." At some point, he joined the Heavenly Ninja Party.

Ballistic Bullet appears along with the rest of the Heavenly Ninja Party to force Speed-o'-Sound Sonic into helping find Flashy Flash and Blast.
Once Sonic gets Flash to meet him in the forest and the two do battle, Ballistic Bullet and the Heavenly Ninja Party reappear to finish Flash off. They attack both Sonic and Flash, but in the end they are all killed.

Although not much of his fighting style can be seen during his battle with Flashy Flash and Speed-o'-Sound Sonic, it can be assumed that Ballistic Bullet was a fairly strong ninja, having successfully graduated from the Ninja Village.
