Balanced Equilibrium (均衡のバランス, Kinkō no Baransu; Viz: Equal Balance) is a ninja from the Ninja Village. He is from the 16th graduating class, and a member of the Heavenly Ninja Party.
Appearance[]
Balanced Equilibrium was a bald man with a veiny head and eyes obscured by shadows. He wore a dark shirt and light-colored pants.
Personality[]
Although little is known about him, it can be presumed since his class name is "Balance", and his name is Balanced Equilibrium, he is rather composed and analytical. This is further supported when trying to explain the futility of Sonic's situation when he tried to go against them, evidencing their equal skills and superior numbers.
Like the rest of the Heavenly Ninja Party, Balanced Equilibrium despises Flashy Flash for destroying the Ninja Village, showing he respects the village despite all of the harsh training it put him through. He also possesses a sense of camraderie with the other ninjas of the village and is willing to join together with them.
History[]
Balanced Equilibrium graduated from the 16th class of the Ninja Village, known as "Stabliity." He joined the Heavenly Ninja Party at some point.

Balanced Equilibrium appeared alongside the Heavenly Ninja Party to force Speed-o'-Sound Sonic into helping them find Flashy Flash. When Sonic instead teamed up with Flash to fight them, a battle ensued, during which Sonic sliced through the top of Equilbrium Balance's head and killed him.
Abilities and Powers[]
As a graduate of the Ninja Village and a member of the Heavenly Ninja Party, Balanced Equilibrium is a very powerful ninja. Despite this, he is weaker than Flashy Flash and Speed-o'-Sound Sonic, and was unable to react when Flashy Flash sliced his head.

Immense Strength: As a graduate of the Ninja Village, Balanced Equilibrium possesses remarkable strength.
Immense Speed and Reflexes: As a graduate of the Ninja Village, Balanced Equilibrium naturally has profound speed and reflexes, although he wasn't fast enough to react to Flashy Flash's attack that severed part of his head.
