Atomic Samurai vs. Black Sperm is the battle between the S-Class hero Atomic Samurai and the Monster Association executive Black Sperm.
Prelude[]
Tareo flees in fear from Black Sperm, who has found the child and is chasing him for amusement. When the monster senses an impending attack, he dodges the incoming slash, which is revealed to be from Atomic Samurai, who happened upon them while roaming through the Monster Association Headquarters. The swordsman praises Black Sperm's agility, and their battle commences as Tareo escapes.

Black Sperm shapeshifts into a large arm
Atomic Samurai introduces himself as the hard-boiled yet kind-hearted S-Class hero. Black Sperm recognizes the name but remains unimpressed by the hero's appearance. He claims to have been anticipating Atomic Samurai's arrival, only for the hero to dismiss him, stating he has no interest in Black Sperm. Enraged by this perceived disdain, Black Sperm transforms his body into a massive, muscular arm. He asks if Atomic Samurai is mocking him, to which the hero confirms, asserting that he views this as an easy victory.
Black Sperm splits even more copies after being cut to pieces
Atomic Samurai unsheathes his sword and slices off the monster's arm, explaining that he has faced numerous battles against enlarging foes, making him accustomed to such encounters. To his astonishment, the severed arm morphs into another Black Sperm. Atomic Samurai states that replicating monsters like Black Sperm are particularly bothersome. In response, Black Sperm ridicules the hero's casual demeanor, confident that he can multiply at will, no matter how many times he is cut apart.
Atomic Samurai repeatedly slashes countless copies of Black Sperm
As he speaks, Black Sperm's head multiplies into several expanding heads, which Atomic Samurai swiftly slices in half. He declares Black Sperm the true fool, believing that all he needs to do to win is unleash a barrage of slashes on the monster and his copies. Black Sperm taunts the hero to give it his all, which prompts Atomic Samurai to slice Black Sperm into hundreds of pieces. Unfortunately, each fragment transforms into more Black Sperms, which the hero continues to slash, only for the pieces to regenerate again.
Atomic Samurai then executes his Atomic Slash, cutting down all the Black Sperm clones into tiny bits. However, this proves futile as the remnants coalesce into a large black wall adorned with Black Sperm faces, declaring the battle over and that it will be Atomic Samurai's final resting place.
Black Sperm punches Atomic Samurai
One of the Black Sperm clones delivers a powerful punch to Atomic Samurai's chest, causing him to cough up blood. The hero is taken aback by the strength of a single copy even after so many splits, lamenting his miscalculation of the monster's power. He attempts another Atomic Slash, but the Black Sperm copies bombard him with punches, forcing him to cough up more blood and fall to the ground, seemingly ending the fight.

Surrounded by another wave of unharmed Black Sperms, the copies tell a badly bruised Atomic Samurai to accept his defeat. Black Sperm taunts that he is the worst possible opponent for the hero, claiming that Gyoro Gyoro carefully considered this matchup. Despite being badly beaten, Atomic Samurai remains resilient, managing to slash the roof and declaring that the Black Sperm copies will be buried.

As a massive Black Sperm prepares to deliver a devastating punch to Atomic Samurai, he is shielded by Tatsumaki's psychic barrier, which sends him to the surface. Despite being badly beaten by the monster, Atomic Samurai retains his confidence, viewing Black Sperm merely as a special blade testing monster.

No matter how many times Atomic Samurai slices, twists, or tears him apart, Black Sperm will continue to multiply.

One of the Black Sperm clones punches Atomic Samurai in the chest, causing the hero to cough up small traces of blood. Atomic Samurai is shocked that even after splitting so many times, Black Sperm is still so powerful, lamenting that he has miscalculated the monster's strength. He attempts another Atomic Slash, but the Black Sperm copies assault him with several more punches, causing Atomic Samurai to cough up even more blood.
Atomic Samurai using Focused Atomic Slash
In an effort to escape the onslaught, Atomic Samurai cuts through the floor beneath him and falls several levels. Several Black Sperm copies jump down after him, but suddenly, one is annihilated before it can replicate, shocking the others. Atomic Samurai reflects on his battle with Melzargard, realizing that his blade was ineffective, which prompted him to create a technique to enhance the speed and power of his slashes at the expense of range. He tells the Black Sperm copies that concentrating his slashes at one point is specifically designed for monsters like them and, in a dark tone, commands them to turn to dust. He unleashes his Focused Atomic Slash, obliterating all the Black Sperm copies that followed him down.
Black Sperm prepares to punch Atomic Samurai
The hero falls to the ground and moans in exhaustion. He acknowledges that Black Sperm is indeed a formidable opponent. He notes that his wrist is more painful than it has been in years but remembers he must save the child. Leaping back up to the upper floor, he encounters a massive Black Sperm copy with three small legs and a monstrous arm. Black Sperm reveals that he hid his true self from the beginning and sacrificed a small portion of himself, which really helped.
Atomic Samurai destroys the roof
Atomic Samurai tries to use his Focused Atomic Slas again, but it is too late; Black Sperm punches him back to the ground. Although Atomic Samurai managed to slice Black Sperm into several pieces, he failed to complete his Focused Atomic Slash, resulting in the creation of even more Black Sperm copies.
Black Sperm holds the wounded Atomic Samurai by the hair
