A-City (A市 A Shi) was a very large city on Earth. After being completely destroyed by the Dark Matter Thieves, the area was rebuilt by Metal Knight into an expansive complex with highways leading to the other cities. It now serves as the location of the new Hero Association headquarters[1] and is currently inhabited by Hero Association heroes and staff.[2]

Before the Monster Association incident, there were 67 heroes living in this city.[3]

It is later opened as a private residential complex for the rich, complete with pools, restaurants, cafes, and even an underground mall.[4]

Hero Association HQ Locations[]

A-City is home to the headquarters of the Hero Association.

The headquarter has at least 66 floors.[5]

Hero Apartments[]

Inside the headquarters, there are apartments for heroes in A-Class and S-Class to live in as an option if they wish. All the apartments are within their own section inside.

Hero Apartment 104[]

This is the room Saitama moved into after his apartment was destroyed and being promoted to A-Class.[6]

Training Rooms[]

It's unknown how many training rooms the hero association has at their HQ, but it's closed off areas for heroes to train and spar with each other. Saitama vs. Flashy Flash took place in Training Room #3.

Hero Association Prison[]

This is a high level security prison where the Hero Association keep monsters captured such as Tongue Stretcher, Twin-Headed Tsuchinoko, Beer Bellee, Man-Eating Capybara and the former Monster Association leader Psykos before her escape.

Psychic Sisters Arc[]

Having been remade into a fortress by Metal Knight, some of the A-Class and S-Class move there, including Saitama. Since there is still a lot of vacant property within the citadel, some of it is turned into a private residential complex for the rich looking to stay safe, complete with pools, restaurants, cafes, and even an underground mall. It also has the latest anti-earthquake technology installed. Part of the complex is used by the Hero Association as a prison for Mysterious Beings of up to disaster level Demon.[8]

Parts of the stronghold are destroyed when Tatsumaki and Fubuki clash in the prison area, releasing all the Demon threat level monster prisoners. These damages are further compounded when Saitama intervenes by jettisoning both himself and Tatsumaki out of the building.[9]
