While they exist on some wikis, they also don’t exist in other prominent wikis, such as One Piece Wiki, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Wiki, and Hunter x Hunter Wiki.
The point of having Powers pages and Fighting Style pages is because there is overlap among multiple characters. As a wiki, we share more similarities with the wikis I have listed, where most characters have a unique set of techniques. For example, you will never find another character using Serious Series: Serious Punch other than Saitama, making it superfluous to dedicate a whole page to a technique that can be summarized on its character page.
I will break down your benefits that you’ve listed.
The first benefit is purposeless because galleries exist, allowing Manga, Webcomic and Anime versions to be displayed if desired. It is also far more convenient to have all the techniques of a user to be on their own page.
The second benefit listed is null, references can already inform the reader when the technique was first used and against whom. All other information can be stated in the original description just as effectively and do not require a new page. Again, why I am for Fighting Style pages and not Technique pages is because is it a far less redundant way of illustrating overlap.
Significant majority of the techniques are unique to one character, so this benefit is would be sparsely used at best.
Your solution creates a new problem of an unnecessary cycle link clicking, especially for unique techniques. Now your striping an informative section of a character’s unique set of techniques and making a user go on a wild goose chase for the information that could have been gathered in one location.

We saw how WDM deals with human criminals, Garou being the prime example. He holds back and plays with them.
Sure
I was initially going to have a poll and have the top two become the new admins. However, the only two candidate suggestions that qualified for 250 edits requirement lol. So there will be no poll and Damage3245 and Bookkeeper83 will get admin powers.
Oh the person making the suggestions doesn't need to have 250 edits, just the person getting suggested.
Also I will put up the poll on Friday.
Aditya, yes it's only this fandom
Some of OPM Wiki's Admins have become busy and are no longer able to be as active as they used to be. So we will need new active users to take their place. Please put suggestions on this thread on who you think should be promoted to administrator. I will then create a follow up poll where you will then vote on the suggestions, the winner will become a new admin. The suggestions that are allowed on the poll need to have made at least 250 edits on this wiki.
