Where did Genos live before he moved in with Saitama? Did he live at Dr. Kuseno's laboratory?
When Genos requested Saitama to be his disciple but Saitama refused, Genos took out a stack of money to pay rent for Saitama. So question is - Where did he get that much money? Was he a bounty hunter before? We know he hunted down villains before even joining the Hero Association. Or could it be that he receives money from Dr. Kuseno? (If so, that also raise some questions).
I find strange nobody has tried to create weapons able to kill monsters... I mean, look at Demon Cyborg's plasma beams... if somebody made guns with that power, the army could kill 99 % of monsters with no trouble at all (they would need to make them in way that the output could be graduated with great precission, to avoid somebody blasting a city block, of course...).
I know the Hero Association has a policy of "sending chumps to fight monsters and promoting the survivors" instead of spending money in giving their troops some serious training and equipment, but the army/self-defense forces should research weapons able to defeat monster threats...
After thinking a bit, I think Dr. Kuseno might have created Drive Knight.
Genos was a normal kid and asked Dr. Kuseno to perform surgery on him and turn him into a cyborg to defeat the Mad Cyborg. Drive Knight is also a cyborg too, so he could have been performed on to defeat the Mad Cyborg as well. Both of them had their towns destroyed by it.
Drive Knight also always uses a weapon shaped like a block. We saw it in Drive Knight vs. Nyan. Genos used a prototype to fight the meteor that attacked Z City. Genos' prototype was created by Dr. Kuseno, so maybe Dr. Kuseno created Drive Knight's weapon.
