Dr. Genus

Or, are abilities like these of Vaccine Man and Homeless Emperor too "mystical" to reproduce with genetic engineering?

If Dr. Genus and Psykos both had 1000 Black Sperm cells samples who could create a stronger monster via genetic modification, sacrifices, mutations, cloning, near death experiences, etc.

Genus's best stuff (I think): Making Carnage Kabuto, making Zombieman, making multiple demon level monsters being able to revert himself to his prime age, making clones of himself, making infinite octopus food things with limb regeneration

Psykos's best stuff (I think): Making Lord Orochi, making Evil Natural Water, probably some more stuff.

Let's give them both I dunno 1 year to create their thing. After that time who's monster would be stronger. I feel like Psykos would go for a one crazy beast type of monster, like a mutated Golden Sperm, while Genus goes for an infinite amount of Black Sperm's with maybe even better regeneration. But I dunno what do you think?

It seems quite obvious that there was some superhero (and supervillain) activity before the creation of the Hero Association...

Right now, I can remember:

The Village Ninja Leader being active during three centuries and being defeated by Blast fifteen years ago.

An organization experimenting on monsters and on esper children 18 years ago.

Blast rescuing young Tatsumaki from said organization.

Dr. Genus probably has been creating mutants for quite longer than three years.

Garou and his schoolmates seemed to be aware of monsters and heroes more than a decade ago.

(I'm not including monsters, only human heroes and villains, since monsters seem to have existed since forever...).

Anything I have missed...?

I mean did Genus Revive him?,is it a Clone?or a Remake?If it's not the original is it weaker or stronger?Does it have new abilities?Also is it just me or does his design resembles more Murata's design instead of ONE's?
