Without using his martial arts - let's just say that he’s lifting weights for example - is Bang physically stronger than Puri Puri Prisoner?

People are posting these weird ass family theories and I'm just here like
Think there will character that comes on the scene that goes by the name of "Boom"? Knowing ONE, he made three characters by whose names are expressions of onomatopoeia. Things of generic.
Your thoughts?
I made one for Darkshine and now it's Bang's time to shine. I saw one for Atomic Samurai and it convinced me to make this one. I might make one for Atomic too.
Silverfang isn't as looked down on as Darkshine but I still see some people underestimating him.
Speed: To assess how fast Silverfang is I think we first have to talk about the ENW/Garou problem. Shortly after Bang is knocked out by Garou, Garou kicks through VFU and fights off the newest version of Evil Natural Water in 0:00'00"005 seconds https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/154/26/ . Then after he goes to fight Platinum Sperm and Flashy Flash. Garou either evolved right after waking up or he slowly evolved during the fight after beating up ENW. I'm not a crazy powerscaler that calculates the movements of a character pixel by pixel but. If Garou did evolve that would mean ENW is as (or near as) fast as Flashy Flash and likely Platinum Sperm. I don't really think that's true. If he didn't evolve think it is safe to assume that Bang can run as fast as Garou did (he has feats ro show that he could block, hit, and deflect Garou). So at the highest Bang can move as fast as Garou did (a bunch of meters in 0:00'00"50 seconds). He has other speed feats. Kicking through Gums before he could react and before he could digest Tanktop Master https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/144/9/. Was fighting equally with a Garou https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/148/11/ that was faster than the one that was surprising Darkshine with his speed https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/129/4/ . Darkshine is faster than someone who is an upgraded could dodge Orochi's horns for a while and was way faster than ENW (that fought Atomic) He has feats against being faster than Darkshine https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/126/39/ . He can dodge Rover's bullets https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/124/3/ . I'm probably forgetting some feats to be honest.
He could react to Saitama and hit him with the mallet during their game before he could grab the bowl thing. He also dodged enraged Saitama's mallet smash. This is a gag moment but it's still in a way a real feat.
Shortened: Has multiple feats of being stronger than dragons and there is a chance he is fast enough to move multiple meters across rocky terrain in 0:00'00"50 seconds. Also he was hitting Saitama before Saitama could grab a bowl.
Skill: This may seem a bit early to talk about what Bang does best but it'd be a bit hard to talk about his durability and attack power without discussing his technique. His primary technique is the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist. His technique deflects and reflects attacks away from him and back to the one who threw the attack with twice the power (+ his power). https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/49/5/. This primarily works on human type opponents that are a reasonable size for the martial arts to work on (and presumably power, but that won't be a problem since he is strong enough to deflect attacks like Garou's Sky Ripping Fist). He also has Awakening Breath which Buffs him temporarily.
Shortened: He can deflect attacks back at his opponent with double the damage + his power all while never getting hurt by them. As long as they are a reasonable size/strength. He also has a breathing technique which Buffs him.
Strength: As discussed in the section above his attack on most opponents is 2x theirs + his. At least when using his technique. He also could deflect some of Rover's bullets (at first it's with Bomb and next it's with a buff from Fubuki. But he did it without using Awakening Breath, so I think he could definitely do it with it (even without help). He kicked straight through Gums https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/144/9/ and then beat the shit out of Fugly https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/144/20/. He was hurting a stronger version of Garou than what Darkshine fought. Previously Garou could block Orochi's punch https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/92/53/ and survive a shit ton of the Monster's fire beams https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/92/47/. He also took an extremely close shot from Rover https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/91/53/ and got like 4 power ups after. He was cracking Garou's shell and making him bleed the whole time they fought https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/150/29/. He then later matched Garou's Roaring Aura Sky Ripping Fist (which can be assumed was close to matching the one that was used on Elder Centipede). https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/153/14/. He is an 80 something year old man already tired and pushed to his limits matching something that could do this https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/84/70/ for a while and then only really getting hit once he decided to land a finishing hit. Also I should add that if he used Exploding Heart Release Fist Bomb was suggesting he could end the fight more quickly (though this could have been used to show that Bang won't use the technique)
Shortened: at full power if he is fighting an opponent of reasonable power his attack power is 2x theirs + his + his buff. He can match something that decimated Elder Centipede's carapace and has been embarrassing dragons everytime he is on the battle field.
Durablility: His Skill is part of his durability in a way. Since he deflects attacks it's like a shield. But he has durability feats other than that. But first, he could deflect Garou's Roaring Aura Sky Ripping Fist, and deflect most other things weaker than that. Now for ither durability feats. He was holding Rover's bullet with his HANDS and not taking damage https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/114/26/. He took multiple of Garou's punches https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/150/3/ which should be at least x3 his attack (Bang x2 + Garou (who was pretty much equal to Bang in power)). Then Garou started using Exploding Heart Release Fist and since he can use multiple techniques atbonce it can be assumed Garou was hitting Bang with Exploding Heart Release Fist + Rock Smashing Fist + Awakening Breath and Bang still fought on. He could also deflect the attacks but it was the Shockwaves that were hurting him. This was a long fight that also shows his stamina. Also he stood up to the radiation longer than anyone else (other than Blast and Saitama) and was pretty close to Garou and talking even while he was being poisoned.
Shortened: His overpowered skill is part of his defense, but he has feats to show that physically he is pretty tanky. He also is tanky to radiation (for a while at least).
I feel like I'm missing so many feats ngl.
Implications: He is the ultimate skill user of the S Class. He definitely deserves a spot in the "2nd Big Four" (Bang, Flash, Darkshine, and Atomic). I think ONE wrote them in a way to so they were all comparable so I like calling them the second big four (after Blast, Metal Knight, King, and Tatsumaki). He has pretty much all of Darkshine's feats https://www.reddit.com/r/OnePunchMan/comments/w2ha2m/darkshine_isnt_a_pushover_and_here_is_why/ but better (sorry Darkshine). He's also a super nice guy. Along with Darkshine he is one of the "twin pillars of the hero world" https://cubari.moe/read/gist/OPM/126/51/ . He has mainly faces Dragon level threats. 2 of them he beat the shit out of. 1 he subdued by making it sit. 1 died to Saitama. 1 he stalemated.
That's basically all. I know I probably left out a lot of feats but I outlined some of his best ones.
I have been reading other sites discussing OPM, and there are many people claiming that, in the world of OPM, natural talent is much, much more important than in our own world.
Like, if in the real world a good martial artist's ability is 50 % natural talent and 50 % hard work, in the world of OPM it would be 99 % natural talent and 1 % hard work.
The typical examples are Bang and Garou. Bang is a superb martial artist, but an awful teacher: He just has no idea of what to do in order to help somebody become as strong as himself... his second best disciple, Sour Face, has been estimated to be on par with a low rank B class or high rank C class hero. His best disciple, Garou, was already leagues above Sour Face before he even started training with Bang (he was maybe A level), and he has the special ability to mimic any style just watching it once, so the merit of mastering Rock Smashing Water Fist probably was on him, and not on the training Bang made him go through.
If we take a look at Master Suicho of the Void Fist style, on the other hand, he succesfully taught both of his grandchildren Suiryu and Suiko, both of which are worthy of being S-level heroes (well, in Suiko's case, all we have is her word, but since she was telling it to her brother, who should know well how strong she is, I don't think she was lying...).
In Suiryu's case, he admits he trains very little and owes his strength mostly to raw talent...
What is it that Bang has in common with Bomb, and Suiryu with Suiko? Genetics. These people were just born strong, and martial arts just helped them develop and polish their natural strength.
Bang and Bomb could train say Mumen Rider for years, and Mumen Rider would give his all, and train until spitting blood, like the japanese say, and Mumen Rider wouldn't reach Suiryu's level...
Kamikaze has more success as a teacher than Bang does, but knowing him, he probably won't even look at a candidate who doesn't show exceptional talent. All of his three disciples probably showed great promise when he took them as pupils.
On the other hand look at Glasses. He isn't training under any great master of martial arts, and his style seem to be more or less boxing... but he is miles above Sour Face, being able to hold his own against Garou for a bit (yes, Garous was weakened, but Garou was able to crush TTM, a S-level hero...).
And if we look at Bad, it doesn't look like he went through any training, he just smashes things with a bat, and he attributes his power to his "fighting spirit", becoming stronger the more wounded he is...
Not to mention guys like TTM, PPP and Darkshine, who have gained superpowers just weighlifting... like, Darkshine grew from 5 to 8 feet tall, gained tank armour skin and became Black lifting weights, and PPP has gained fast regeneration doing whatever he does in prison (I shudder to think...).
In short, it seems to me that strong people in the world of OPM are just born strong, and that training only helps them bring out that strength, but the quality of that training isn't very relevant... like, if the day Garou started training under Bang he had left the dojo instead and had started hunting monsters, he would have eventually reached the same level, maybe even faster than he did under Bang's tutelage (don't get me wrong, Rock Smashing Water Stream Fist is powerful, but Garou could probably have learned it just watching Bang, the same way he learned Steel Cutting Whirlwind Fist just watching Bomb...).
I was thinking about this for a long time, but Bang has Charanko as his disciple, so who is Bomb’s disciples?
Did Bomb’s dojo get rampaged by Garou?????
